YONGMAO Mould has been specialized in the construction of pipe fitting moulds in China.It covers an area of 7,000.00 square meters.We focus on the development and production of pipe fitting moulds for sewer/drainage systems,water supply, roof drainage,irrigation,exhaust systems and for gas supply.The diameter of the fittings may vary from 16mm to 630mm.YONGMAO manufactures about 1000 sets mould per year. Each of them is unique copy in that it is customized to fit a concrete customer's needs.
Our experienced design engineers are using CAD/UG /PRO-E software programs in order to develop perfect tools.For producing the moulds,YONGMAO uses the most up-to-date processing machines and optimized production facilities.The moulds are manufactured from high quality plastic mould steel which based on the customers' requirements.
